Celebrating 25 years and looking forward to the future together.
As we embark on our 25th year in business, we wanted to share what that means to us and talk through our plans for making the next 25 years just as successful.
Employees from across the business came together earlier in the year to hear from our CEO Paul Blackaby and our senior management team, celebrating our successes and taking a look forward to our future. The morning session started with a masterclass keynote session from Roger Harrop, author of “Staying in the Helicopter”.
Paul summed up the day:
“It’s really important that our managers and leaders, at all levels in the organisation, feel that they are actively informed and equipped to lead our business – after all it’s the people at Sambro who have led us to where we are today.
“In our 25th year, never has this been more important. We have been through some significant changes in the past few years and, as we move forward into a period of significant growth, we need our team to be aligned and motivated to lead us on this journey.”
